PAY RANGE: N70,000 – N100,000 per month

The Role

The Programs & Outreach Manager leads the Foundation’s grant programs and outreach efforts in Nigeria. The right candidate, an outgoing individual, will supervise a team of programs and outreach staff across responsibilities. The Manager will work closely with other managers to ensure our efforts have the breadth, depth and impact required to best execute our Foundation’s goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan staff, program and outreach schedules, balance work loads, and track progress toward Foundation goals.
  • Plan and execute outreach programs in line with the Foundation’s agenda.
  • Work across departments to plan, administer and report accurate budgets for programs and outreaches.
  • Oversee applications for scholarships or grants, ensuring the application process is easy and seamless.
  • Work with the Executive Director in allocating and disbursing grants, scholarships and approvals for capital projects.
  • Participate on WOF management team ensuring sound organisational leadership.
  • Some travel is required.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of four(4) years post graduation experience.
  • Experience in outreach and programs in a non-profit organization is a plus.
  • Experience in administration is a plus.
