PAY RANGE: N70,000 – N100,000 per month

The Role

The Program Manager will be charged with cultivating beneficial partnerships and managing the Foundation’s communication strategies with them. They must demonstrate strong oral, writing and editing skills and good aesthetic judgment. A firm grasp of both internal and external branding and publicity ideals, and the ability to craft and implement strategies on those ideals is a must.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research current and prospective civic, corporate and private partners.
  • Generate and manage a portfolio of donors, volunteers and partners.
  • Develop strategies of Foundation’s engagement with and serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage the foundation’s interaction with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the foundation’s communication with partners, volunteers, donors and the general public.
  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans for priority social media moments.
  • Participate on WOF management team ensuring sound organisational leadership

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of four(4) years post graduation experience.
  • Experience fundraising for a non-profit organization is a plus.
  • Experience engaging partnerships for a non-profit is a plus.
