The Wole Ogunyemi Foundation SSCE scholarship aims to alleviate the financial pressure parents, guardians and students often face in paying for WAEC and NECO examinations. Through this scholarship, the foundation offers financial assistance to economically challenged secondary school students to cover the costs of their Senior School Certificate Examinations. These examinations take place from April to June/July annually and as such, we welcome and process applications August to November.
The scholarship is awarded to applicants with genuine financial need who meet the requirements listed below:
To be considered for this scholarship, candidates must submit a duly completed application form and provide the following supporting documents for verification purposes:
To be considered for the 2024 WAEC and NECO examination, please submit your application and all supporting documents on or before 25th January 2024.
All applications are reviewed by the scholarship panel, supporting documents are verified, and shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview before a final selection is made.
